It is interesting that real events have been written into the 'good book'. This I think happens all the time with all religiously books.

It gives a semblance of truth because the masses (of the time and later generations) can't identify with it. 'See it must be true because there's a toilet where the bIble said there would be one'. The truth of the time has been highjacked as an event of Gods.

Cassa, the bible contains a plethora of history.... but, as you say, that doesn't mean the rest of it is accurate.
