Photography: Olympus Om-D E-M10 Mk Ii - What Need I Look For?

Is this Topic right for "Photography"? I have been recommended the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mk II to replace a digital camera. I have looked up several so-called reviews as well as Olympus descriptions/specs. All seems to my liking: mirrorless, OLED, EVF, 5-axis IS, ... The camera chassis is good. But ...
_In spite of much reading, I was surprised to discover by chance that -- for instance -- there are TWO versions of the standard? 14-42mm lens (= f3.5-5.6 EZ and f3.5-5.6 II R). Any others?!
_I have the impression of having to squeeze the minor, but important, details like blood from a stone. This is certainly so for the Olympus URL pages. -
_Q1: How do these two standard lenses differ? -
_Q2: would the 12-50mm f3.5-6.3 EZ be better than those in Q1? -
_Q3: and the 40-150mm f4.0-5.6 R? -
What need I otherwise look for?

_-> These are eye-watering prices for me. But it's an attractive packet and a long-term investment for me.
Loads of fussy info, but the devil lies in the detail!

I should have mentioned - if you're looking for a mirrorless camera with an electronic viewfinder (which I prefer), Sony and Panasonic also make them. I've been using Panasonic for many years now, the micro four-thirds models, and find them exceeding good (I use then for video too) and the micro four-thirds kit is smaller and lighter than the full-size four-thirds.
