Would You Purchase A Home From A Realtor With Tattoos?

I am mainly looking from answers from the south states, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, etc. But anyone may answer. My dream is to be a successful realtor. I don't want to be filthy rich or anything. Im just truly in love with houses, homes, and any place of living and I would love to help people daily finding a home they truly love. I want to help the poor, the middle class, and the rich to find something they would truly love to wake up to every day. I am 21 years old and planning on going into real estate. But I have tattoos. Nothing offensive what so ever, but have tattoos on my arms. I dress professional. In fact I love looking professional. I will go to the grocery store dressed as if im going to a meeting. I am very proud of my tattoos, and sometimes I don't want to hide them. And in my area summers are very hot, and sometimes long sleeves will be too much, If i were the one selling you a house, would you purchase from me?

Yes, quite likely. But some people don’t like visible tattoos and might be less inclined to buy through you. My advice would be to cover up whenever possible - it won’t lose you sales and might just help you make them.

It wouldn't bother me but I know lots of people find tattoos distasteful.

I wouldn't have one myself but I can't imagine ever making a decision about such a huge purchase on whether the estate agent had a tattoo.

It's like those people who decide on a house purchase by the size of their £500 sofa :-)

Picky picky I know but surely you don't purchase the house from the realtor? You purchase the house from the person who owns it and the realtor is the agent for the person selling....maybe a better question would be "would you use a realtor with tatts to sell your home?" Because the seller has to accept you or it won't matter in the least what the buyer thinks.....also unless you are setting up independently, you need to know whether a realty firm will employ you with tatts
