"It's a blow to BBC's efforts to deflect attacks on its reporting on immigration"
eeerm , you mean attacks on its stinking leftie agenda at forcing multi culturalism, deversity innit, etc down our throats at evey opportunity...

sooner this disgracful mob are disbanded and made to work for its income like most other companies the better...
There would have been folk from foreign climes here at all times, fair enough, but "multi-cultural" is more specific. I don't think one can reasonably apply the description until there were large groups refusing to integrate, as exists today. Small groups and individuals don't make a country multi-cultural.
A bit of pot calling the kettle.

So Immigration Watch complained about a YouTube video, and the BBC have withdrawn it, probably to reEdit it and put it back up.

Meanwhile the Daily Mail is not the most innocent when it comes to official complaint. They received 1,214 complaints which was far more than any other newspaper by a long way.

I used to be very fond of the BBC...
I assume that the complaints were because they'd done wrong, rather than be controversial and attract complaints.
about time the TV license was scrapped!

Just the same when there is a Right-Wing protest, there are many more Left-Wingers that turn out to oppose them.
Thought it sounded familiar.

Nigel Farage complained about this video in his Daily Telegraph column.

That prompted a complaint by pressure group, immigration watch. The BBC were not forced to withdraw the video by anyone, the have voluntarily taken it down.
The BBC bias? Who’d have thought it?

LOL!!!!!

Do you really think that they would have taken it down, if they hadn't had a complaint by pressure group, immigration watch?
brussels broadcasting service, should be scrapped with the plethora
of streaming and free to air services we have now, its purpose is now defunct.
AOG,
I assume there is a problem with the script of the video. The BBC remit is to be unbiased, so if a problem with their content is found, they will want to correct it. This not not a live debate that is broadcast live, it is a pre-recorded discussion that can be streamed. So there is the opportunity to re-edit, especially when it is for educational use so must not be wrong.
Gromit, they were pressured to do it, as AOG says no way would they have changed their indoctrination video unless pressured.

However, on this occasion full marks to them for being so prompt in recognising their bias and taking it down.
Ymb/others

The video is part of a series. The BBC may have removed it for now, but it has not said it won’t repost it with changes.
Ahh, I was wondering where some ABers had developed their well informed views on immigration from.
