Go camping? On your own? How freakin' sad is that? If you're unintentionally single, get to the pub with mates who are in the same boat and get smashed out of your tree. Grab a kebab on the way home, fall asleep in the chair before you have chance to eat it and when you wake up, Valentine's Day will be over and done with. Job done :-)
