Mozzy,just before my recent episode I had 2 disagreements in quick succession with the police.I hit one of them.How I didn't get arrested I'll never know.The second time a woman officer bundled me in her car but eventually let me go after a ticking off

I just keep blundering on making poor choices and I just keep upsetting people close to me.

Everyone makes mistakes Aggie. You have a lot of demons, but I honestly think you can beat them. Addiction, depression, anxiety are all horrible things to deal with, but nothing is insurmountable

When you are online (or in general) be yourself, admit to those around you that you are struggling. Relax and enjoy.

I used to dread the prospect of losing my job in the civil service and I struggled on after my Manic Depression diagnosis. But stopping work at the age of 40 (and getting my pension - I may be nuts but I'm not stupid) took much of the pressure off me.

I'm off to bed (again) and if the moggie who woke me earlier (for cat fud) lets me get some space I will try and sleep.
