Dominic Cummings is reshuffling his Cabinet, out goes ,Julian Smith N/I Sec, also Esther Mcvey Housing Minister, Andrea Leadsom Business Sec ,Geoffrey Cox A/G, and Theresa Villiers Envionment Sec. Wonder if Boris will be next on his list.
