I need the the reference and exact words in the Old Testament where Tetanus is described as an illness that kills around 8 days after birth.

I don't know of any verses that mention tetanus specifically. David's infant son died a lingering death. Could you mean that?
I think you will struggle because the bible, not even new versions, will use the word tetanus
