Tv Series Title Please

Set in a post apocalypse dystopian future, with several communities making goods to sell or swap between themselves. Each group is fighting each other with their special fighters trying to beat or keep the peace. Story is set around a special child that will rule all others. The warlords try and capture slaves to work the fields etc and there is an outside group just stealing and trading. Mixed Martial arts and some special powers and weapons. At the very end they come to a tower on the cliffs by the sea, but I can't remember why,
