Does someone know whether Olivet was described as "the Hill of Scandal" in Paradise Lost?

"Yet thence his lustful orgies he enlarged
Even to that hill of scandal, by the grove
Of Moloch homicide, lust hard by hate,
Till good Josiah drove them thence to Hell."
The lines above are from 'Paradise Lost', so Milton certainly used the phrase in that poem. You may care to do some more research yourself to establish for sure that the hill referred to is Olivet, but I'd be pretty sure it is.
