What she said in full is reported at the end of the story but some editor at BANG Video (whoever they are) has filleted the quote and put the good bits at the start. This is normal enough practice as long as you don't get it out of context, which is what I suspect happened here. The captions to the video suggest the same.
That said, I haven't seen or heard the original BBC interview, so I could be wrong; but I'm not planning to spend any time looking for it.
