...but it's driving me nuts! I am told that there are four Beatles songs where the song title does not apppear anywhere in the song itself. I have got 'The Ballad of John and Yoko', 'A Day in the Life' and 'Revolution #9', but what is the fourth one?

I don't know this for sure, but possibly it's "Hello Goodbye"
Personally I think you've been misled. I can think of at least another two off the top of my head. These are "Wild Honey Pie" the word wild does not appear in the song and "Yer Blues" both off the white album. I think there are more as well.
I don't think the song Tomorrow Never Knows (Revolver) and The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill (Double White) are mentioned. The song Revolution has two titles, 1 and 9. (Double White) both of which are not in the lyrics and I also think For You Blue (Let It Be) the title doesn't appear. Cry For A Shadow (With Tony Sheridan Album) is a piece of music without lyrics, so I suppose that doesn't count.
