Depending on the whether you could have a picnic with fizz somewhere you both like to go?

Or you can try and get a Groupon deal for a spa day for two with afternoon tea, possibly with a one-night stay somewhere.

Could you possibly manage a restaurant meal or one night at a local hotel? Not knowing your interests but wondering if a night at the theatre/opera might appeal? Whatever you decide, fruitsalad, early congratulations to you both x

Breakfast out in a hotel is a good but reasonably inexpensive way to celebrate. Pick a hotel in a lovely setting where you could walk afterwards or enjoy a view, beach, river, etc. It will feel like you’ve been away but just for the day.
