What is the four-word title of the novel by a U.S. female author, first published early in the 20th century, which was later turned into a very succesful 1940's stage farce and cinema film, about two genteel old-fashioned spinster aunts who have an unfortunate penchant for poisoning their lodgers?
This is not the obvious Arsenic and Old Lace, as it doesn't fit the criteria, so any help or suggestions would be most welcome. I've spent ages trying to find another option but to no avail.
