funeral eulogy by lady mountbatten

A customer has asked for the name of the poem part of which Lady Mountbatten read as an eulogy at the memorial service of her son. Its a tough one, the customer has borrowed a few books on readings etc but none of them seem to be familiar or the right one she wants. Any clues?
