Is this it? It is called Here I am Lord.
It's one of my favourite hymns but I'm afraid I don't know the number.

Based on Isaiah 6 . First verse is :
I the Lord of sea and sky, I have heard my people cry
All who dwell in dark and sin my hand will save
I who made the stars at night, I will make their darkness bright
Who will bear my light to them, whom shall I send ?
CHORUS :
Here I am, Lord. Is it I ,Lord ?
I have heard you calling in the night.
I will go,Lord, if you lead me.
I will hold your people in my heart.
(C) 1981 Daniel Schutte & New Dawn Music
You can find it in 'Songs of Fellowship' Book 2. Can't give you a number but the songs are in approximate alphabetical order.
