I'm sure this is true for the London production of Avenue Q too, but I've only got the broadway soundtrack - I haven't seen either. Anyway, in the show most people play more than one character, I understand they have other people to do the puppeteering when the characters don't speak, but sometimes two characters played by one person are in the same song (i.e. Princeton and Rod in 'Fantasies come true') so how do they do this? does the actor just control one puppet but sing both parts? I can't quite get my head round it....
