Where can I find out about a painting?

Regarding the question below titled Name the Painting, no one seems to be able to tell me and I've noticed that the same question has been asked on another question site and didn't get any replies either.... I've asked jeeves, searched the net and looked at Emmerdale/ Corrie's websites to absolutely no avail...... I'm going out of my mind!!!!!! AAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!

Where do I go from here?

It's a bit like when people on AB ask 'What's this bird, spider, fish, plant?' followed by a brief description that could apply to any number of things. Frustrating for the questioner, and the would-be answerer!

Your question is bugging the hell out of me too! I looked up the Louvre and National Gallery websites in the hope of finding it! I hope you do get your answer because I'm dying to know what it is.
