I read somewhere that either Marian Keyes or Sophie Kinsella has written more books under a different name. Dose anyone know which author it is, and what the pseudonym is?

Sometimes due to contractural restrictions an author's copyrighted name cant be used for any other publisher, and so they use psuedonyms...also, if an author is "typecast" in one genre, such as murder mysteries, then attempt a book of humor, they might lose the original readership, for instance...Stephen King might want to use a very different name if he were to want to write a trashy romance novel. The other reason is that an author may want to protect his or her privacy. Who cares what name they are publiched under as long as they get paid for the work!
