cheap camera for grandson
2 Answers
My daughter-in-law's suggestion for one of her son's Christmas gifts is, and I quote 'A cheap digi camera, the SD card type, and don't spend more than 30 quid, you know what he's like...' Where do I get such a thing? And just for my own enlightenment, what the hell is an SD card anyway?

This is the device or 'media' the camera uses to store potentially large amounts of pictures or movie-clips. The prices of both SD cards AND digital cameras are falling all the time......from off the top of my head there is a Vivitar on sale in ASDA for under fifty quid although I don't know much about the model.
The best thing to do would be to check prices AND reviews on any piece of camera equipment before you purchase
