HH Couldery

I have just bought a HH Couldrey called 'Too hot'.
I think it is delightful showing 2 pups each eyeing up a juicy plate of meat but having to wait for it to cool down before they can fight about it!
I have been told that it is old but does anyone know how old is it might be or has anyone got any background to the artist?

H.H. Couldery was born in 1832 in Lewisham, England and lived until 1917. His painting florished between 1860 and 1895. He was known for painting dogs and cats with minute detail. Glanmore National Historic Site, in Belleville, Ontario, Canada, has a large collection of his works.
