90s dance track- artist name?

hi, trying to find a dance track, from the late 1990s, i think 1997/1998,
think it was called who got the funk?
was fast dance and had a massive bassline in it , "who got the funk" are the only lyrics i think it had in it? guy with a very deep voice.
was a great tune- wasnt pop or any of that rubbish,
was most likely on a ministry of sound or ibiza album around that kind of time..
iv searched loads of music sites but all i can find for this title are the streets and i know its not them.
any help is great guys, :)

thats the track boys and girls- been searching for this track for ages , never heard it anywhere since the 1990s and now i have it on the way- gonna be waking up some neighbours with that bassline- oooooooooo yeah. thanks boys and girls.
