I am doing my GCSE Art Exam at the moment and in my prep work for the exam I have to choose a topic. I have chosen ViewPoints. My Viewpoint is the mind and thus I am using psychological influences in my work. If you know any artists that may be able to help me (or other general pointers) it would be appreciated.
Thanking in Advance

Surreralism is linked to psychological influences so you may want to look at a few of those types of artist. As a starter: Andre Breton & Salvador Dali
Yes Dali, Miro & Breton. Also look at Dadaism. Derren Brown is also a keen artist who is influenced by the mind and the power it possess..
Sounds like something similar to what I did for GCSE. :)

I took my idea in a sightly different direction, by saying that people can look at the same object and think it is something totally different, just as two people can read the same novel and come up with a completely different idea of what the point of the story was.

I did a little photography (on my digitial camera, nothing fancy) and inverted the colours to show two different views - it is the same object, but it looks completely different. :)
