Golem

Sounds like Andy Goldsworthy. Lots of info if you google him. There's also a DVD of his work called 'Rivers and Tides' which is useful but I found disappointing when he attempts to describe his creative process. Best just to enjoy his work for what you get from it rather than what he 'means' by it.
