cosmos nuisance!

We were chatting with a old mate of mine about cosmos
i know it is sad ..... most of you will think that.
Anyway the question is that if our universe is expending
what is behind it and could our universe burst???

Or you could try putting it in science. They don't seem to consume as much alcohol in there !!!

nothing is behind it but it is surrounded by adjacent universes that are all a parallel of ours, but some are further advanced than ours and already have digital TV and others are way behind us and still use radiograms to play old 78s. We are lucky in our universe .

You have to forget terms like Before/behind when talking about the Universe. Those concepts do not exist because time and space did not exist until it was created. To answer your question space is expanding, there is no outside. You have to accept it as a "black box" explanation because the mind cannot visualze the concept. This then frees the mind to concentrate on what you can get your head round.
