I'm beginning a healthy diet/exercise programme soon; what can I do to prevent damage to my skin, like loose skin and stretch marks and so on? What kinds of exercise should I do to prevent the kind of loose skin that I've heard can occur after people have lost weight? Also are there any creams or oils I can use on my skin daily that can help prevent stech marks during the weight loss process? This also applies to the skin on my face too, what should products should I put on that; and should I also consume healthy oils as part of my eating programme to help my skin from the inside as well?

Well I don't know about creams, but I know that if you lose weight really really slowly, you should have less of a problem with excess skin, although you will get it to a certain extent. Trouble is, the older you are the more likely it is to happen, as it is less elastic and cannot bounce back.
Bio Oil [not cheap at about 10 a bottle] is good for stretch marks & scars, the bottle will last for ages though
palmer's cocoa butter. any of their range is good but especially the pure cocoa butter. makes you smell good enough to eat too ;)

Thanks for the answers: I'm in my early 20s so it should hopefully be less problematic over the skin issue then
