It is the only one with an alternative title - "What You Will"
No, 'Henry VIII' also has an alternative title-'All is True'.
is it the only one where someone leaves at the end vowing vengeance?
Is it the only one with a play within a play?
No, because Hamlet has a play within a play.

I'm really confused now!!
I think that Henry VIII was originally called All Is True then the title was changed, whereas Thwelfth Night has an alterntative title rather than a replacement title (if you see what I mean). I am happy to be corrected though!
well have had a rummage around my old Shakespeare books, and it seems that Skakespeare never used the title "All is True" for his Henry VIII play, but there has been much research into a play by this name that was being performed at the Globe theatre when it burned down. It is widely believed that this same play was later published as Henry VIII. The alternative title for Twelfth Night was used by Shakespeare himself. I reckon that if your question is for a quiz, unless the question setter is a historian, the answer is that it has an alternative title. I am now feeling very cultured!
