David banner's beard and moustache

My grandson has come home from cyprus (he is a quarter greek Cypriot) and his uncle over there has given him a dvd box set of the incredible hulk with the late Bill Bixby. i did watch the show when it first aired over here several moons ago. We are watching an episode with daredevil actually, david banner has a full beard and moustache, how come when he turns into the hulk, the hulk is clean shaven?

and how does he get his clothes n shoes back again when he goes back to bein David Banner, as he shrinks his ripped stuff would fall off lol

haha, it was only cord trousers and a checky shirt anyway if I remember correctly (goin back a bit)
