About 8 to 10 years ago I came across a gallery in one of the arcades off the Champ d'Ellisee (spelling??) featuring an artist whose name was I think Ughart - or something very similar. His work was largish format pen drawings - or they could have been etchings/lithographs (?) of things like bridges and other structures. They were selling a really big coffee table-type book about him and his work which was all in French. Anyway, I liked his work but was not in a position to buy any at the time, and the next time I visited Paris I searched in vain but could find no trace of his gallery.
Anybody know of him or point me in the right direction?
Thanks, Tim
