Does anyone know the poem "The Green Veil" - first seen in Punch magazine ion the late forties - anonymous. First line = "It was the willow who first wore it, she with her weaving fingers tore it..." The ending is "auctioneering crickets pass through the .... blades of grass, crying "For sale, For sale, a Green Veil".?
