Just put 'best man's speech' in Google, and you'll get plenty of material to look at. For the record (and from experience!) be nice, be clean, be brief, be sincere, and be seated. Stick to those simple rules, and you'll be OK. If you;re not a natrual joke teller, leave them out, and for gawd's sake don't pick that day to tell eveyone that time when (insert your own anecdote here!) or you'll risk ruining the day, and your friendship. It's not your day of attention, it's the bride's, so think of that when you make your speech. Good luck!
