have posted this in the arts &literature section so please don't shout at me for 'doubling up' (if it is here)
help please if possible. i am trying to find a book written by a Marjorie Jolley, who was a medium / spiritualist of some repute in the Higher Ince area of Wigan, the book was titled something like "Around Every Corner" or "A Look Round The Corner" - something along these lines. i am trying to find the book for my sister-in-law who loaned har copy to someone years ago, and as often happens it wasn't returned, i have tried Amazon Books with no success and at present i have posted a 'help find' on Wiganworld, would really appreciate any possible help - meantime my sister-in-law is i think trying local libraries - fingers crossed.

i shall ask donna who works for me, she has mentioned several times about mediums and spiritualists and as she lives in wigan and we work in wigan chances are it is right up her streetm she's not back in work til monday so i shall ask her about it then, she has apparently been considered to have this sort of gift herself and moves in those circles.

hi dot.hawkes - blimey look at the time , just can't sleep these days - anyhow thanks a million but i got a reply in the "arts & literature" section, it seems i mis-spelt the name, it is 'margery' and is titled "a look around a corner" and have been informed of a copy on (would you believe) a u.s.a. site, sister-in-law pursuing that line of enquiry now, thanks again and i will post result if she manages to obtain it, many many thanks.

hi dot.hawkes - (am i the early bird or what ?) thanks again for your response to my plea for help, but due to me now spelling "margery" correctly, i have been able to locate copies on 'amazon' - and so sister-in-law ( i will probably get copy too) will be fixed up. thanks again and hope i can be of service sometime. cheers !
