Does anyone know of the example letter/paragraph that used ordinary words that are either pronounced the same but spelt differently or vice versa by I think it was GBS. I saw it so many years ago and can't find any reference to it that I'm wondering whether I imagined it now!

The one i think you are thinking of
was in the fifties early sixties possibly Eagle
WAS I think by G B Shaw or may not have been, but inspired by him and titled, Caos in ce classrum
My Mother commented , better not let you read this - [hold it she didnt read Eagle but DID read Readers Digest] -in case, it wrecks your spelling !
