For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.The scrolls themselves are called Sefer Torah, while the handles are called Atzei Chaim (Tree of Life). Look in any large book store (here in the U.S. Barnes and Nobles) and it should have, in the Judaica section, places to order them. They are likely to be expensive, since, if they are true Torah scrolls, they will be made of kosher animal skins... never parchment. Best of luck and Shalom!
