What are those scrolls called with wooden bars at each end of the paper????

Where could i buy a small one which could be printed on?

The scrolls themselves are called Sefer Torah, while the handles are called Atzei Chaim (Tree of Life). Look in any large book store (here in the U.S. Barnes and Nobles) and it should have, in the Judaica section, places to order them. They are likely to be expensive, since, if they are true Torah scrolls, they will be made of kosher animal skins... never parchment. Best of luck and Shalom!
