There's The Early Asimov volumes 1,2 & 3 or Asimov's Mysteries or The Winds of Change. Are these the ones you mean?

There are lots of Asimov short story collections. You should take a look at Amazon (though I guess not all of them are currently in print). The one currently most prominent in the public consciousness must be "I, Robot".
