Please help on this one.
I was travelling North on the M1 last week when I noticed a patrol car on the southbound carrigeway pointing at about 70 degrees towards the northbound traffic.I was in the outside lane doing close to the 100mph mark.I couldn't detect any external cameras on the patrol car when i saw it too late!
My question is could I get done by a laser aimed across the carrigeway given the angle they'd have to shoot at?
Could video evidence be used if the patrol car was stationary?
Are there any other ways I could get done?
Would appreciate any advice here.
