I've found out a Rubbish Bin(portkey).What do you have to do with that "whell",compas,acutly I don't know what it is???

I haven't figured out what the wheel is yet (or spinning top - that's what I thought it was), but there's an item you can pick up... I think it was eggshells or something, but I accidentally picked it up before I got a good look at it!
