oldgrape, did you win one of their competitions?
I know someone who has past experience of this company and was done over royally, to coin a phrase, although she was so gullible that she thought she really had been 'published'. They'd approached her having trawled her poem out of a local paper and conned her into buying one of their books with her poem in. As an experiment, I submitted a rubbish poem of my own and got the same offer of the same book. We bought a copy. My poem appeared in exactly the same place as hers had. Hers was nowhere to be seen!
Saying that, there are one or two honest, self-publishing places out there that will publish a small volume of your poems for a modest fee. http://www.penpress.net/ is one, or you could try http://www.lulu.com . Be aware that you may be expected to do your own typesetting etc. if you want to save costs.
