A painting on the meaning of life?

I have to do a five minute student documentary on the meaning of life (!) and I'm looking for a classical painting to include in a shot.

The painting could be reflective or have something in its title that reflects this question or is philosophical in nature.

Any suggestions?

The Flammarion woodcut comes to mind - just be aware that it has already been used a lot in this kind of context.
