Hi.. I am wondering if anyone knows the song that i am going to try to explain as i loved it but i now cant remember anything about it exceot:
1. It was around 2000-2005
2. The video was in lots of people perspectives on troubles... the singer 'changed' charatcters like there was one person who lived on a caravan site.. one about high school troubles on the bus etc.
3. The singer had short, black hair which stop between her ears and chin and she was white english or american

I have a feeling that her name was amy or michelle but im not sure if this information is correct... If anyone can offer idea please do

I don't have the answer but I remember the video, particularly when she's on the bus, she leans her head against the window & it's all steamed up.
