Superman, Batman, Spiderman soon with Nicholas Cage, The X-Men, The Phantom, Asterix the Gaul and I believe plans are underway to film Dan Dare. Sure there's plenty more....
Dick Tracy, Jane, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Neverwhere, darkman, the Swamp Thing......
Judge Dredd

I'm fairly sure the above Neverwhere was a graphic novel and not a comic strip. I think the same could be said about Buffy. To narrow the field, what about just newspaper comic strips?
Dennis the Menace
Charlie Brown as a stage play. The Flintstones film. Scooby-do as a film later this year. Rupert the Bear, a TV programme.
