Snow

As well as silver, what colour is snow under a full moon, especially the shadows...I have forgotten. Ta Muchly.

The velvet reference is good. Out of the shadows, it's a shimmering pale grey.

Thank You Both for your suggestions. I'll go with the deep velvet blue and the shimmering pale grey...guess I'll have to use quite a lot of silver, but I'll make sure some pure white snow shows here and there.
