Is the sign on the door? cos if it is, you'll have to wait for it to come off, otherwise it won't open. I don't think you need all of the clues for the door to open, because on halloween, the sign was of, and i didn't have any of the clues, and i got in the door quite easily... so probably the clues are just a way to keep people busy when the door isn't open.

Yeah, that's a good theory.  i got through the door during halloween too w/o all of the clues. i only recently got them all.  But i did hear you should be able to get through the door when you have all the clues. thanks for responding though! im just getting frustrated because i can't through.  maybe she'll do another thing during Christmas!
