A very long shot
This is very vague but here goes
I seem to remember a pop song possibly from the 80s that featured a black woman singer possibly short haired singing a very slow and sad song with a double bass or oboe being played with a bow as the main music.almost classical in style.and something about opening the door in the lyrics..vague but any help would be appreciated..Could be an English artist...Thanks in advance
