Day after day we have to prompt posters with please give number of letters, please put all your questions in one post. Here is what you have to do to say thank you in your own post etc.
The first page of Answerbank is a list of "Articles" . Whoever reads those?
All around the As Your Question box are "Tips for A Flat Belly" etc.
It cant be beyond the wit of ABEd and Spare Ed to give guidance prominently and permanently and save us from providing what is really their job. (more than pointless stickies and polls)

Thank you very much Gen2. I didnt know that Articles led to guidance. Why isnt it labelled How to Post a Question or something more obvious than "Articles" and maybe people would read it and we wouldnt get so many people unaware of the etiquette.
A couple of months aho, the AB Ed posted in Q & P to say that guidance was there and for us to refer posters to it if we wished.

If he hadn't done that, I wouldn't have known it was there either.
