i have a hand painted plate. It has a black background with a male & female facing each other. it is painted in very bright colours. it has the initials ARH painted in black on the back of the plate. it also has 9.65 imprinted into the plate. can anyone help identify the artist please.

My guess is this won't get an answer; the world is just full of plates. Could you perhaps post a photo of it, to give people a better idea of what it looks like?

(Though someone may surprise me by coming up with an answer.)
