Chambers Dictionary on a Cd Rom

What is the smallest device, phone or note book computer that I can put the Chamber's Dictionary on CD-Rom.

If you literally mean the CDRom version, probably something like the UMID mbook. Rip the CD to ISO, stick it on the device and then use an ISO mounting program.

If the CD is structured as HTML, you could probably rip it to Micro-SD and use a small smartphone (HTC Wildfire?).

But if you have a smartphone, you could also buy an e-version - or just use Chambers online.
