Hi Magicdice, I am writing a doctoral thesis about Anna Kavan, and can probably tell you pretty much all you want to know about her. Almost all her books, except the first two [published originally using her married name, Helen Ferguson] are available through such online booksellers as Amazon, Alibris, ABEbooks etc.

I live in New Zealand, and Kavan lived here for 22 months during World War II. She was a fascinating woman, and wrote some compelling work, albeit pretty dark and nihilistic.
