Awaiting the arrrival of my Kindle....

Hi, I have finally caved in and bought myself a Kindle [I was one of the 'no thanks I read real books' people!] .
I'm now having hours of fun surfing through the endless list of free and cheap book I can read, I usually buy from charity shops then return them so I was pleased to see lots of book available for under a pound!
So two questions.....

Do you have one and are you enjoying it?

And can anyone supply the name of a philosophy book[read it some years ago] that is written sort of like a fictional novel but each chapter takes you to the next level...it's not Sophies World! It was a bit of an action/adventure type thing...bit vague I know!

Many thanks

Yes i have one and find it very helpful - i have poorly wrists and fingers and reading big books was always a no-no as they were too heavy to hold. I keep it in my handbag, and whenever i have to wait (say at the gp, or hospital i always have somethong to do)
I love love LOVE my Kindle!

Really can't rate the thing high enough. Like you, I wasn't sure I could do the transition from 'real books' to Ebooks, but i'm so glad i did. You'll love it, I promise :-)

Can't help you find the book you describe though, good luck.
apparently Amazon are now selling more Kindle books than real books, so you've joined a trend here.
Hi divegirl. Got mine for Christmas and it's great. Sorry I can't answer your question about the book but you can get a lot of helpful information from this Kindle Forum.

I bought one last month, although I haven't used it properly yet as I have a couple of print books to get out of the way. I love it already though.
