has anyone got a home micro-dermabrasion electrical thingy that they'd recommend?

I had 1 session in a salon and couldn't see much difference, apart from glowing for about half an hour.

That's more for massage with grit scourers (sand paper). S'pose a scourer would remove sluff but best for feet.
